Hastelloy
High Temperature Alloy
◆Hastelloy B is an alloy resistant to strong reducing medium corrosion, suitable for hot concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen chloride gas devices and components.
◆Hastelloy B-2 has a face-centered cubic crystal structure. By controlling the content of iron and chromium to the minimum, it reduces the processing brittleness and prevents the precipitation of Ni4Mo phase between 700-870°C. It is mainly used in chemistry, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and the field of pollution control.
◆Hastelloy B-3 has excellent corrosion resistance to any temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid.
◆Hastelloy C has good toughness and corrosion resistance at 650-1040℃.
◆Hastelloy C-4 is an alloy resistant to redox compound corrosion structure containing chloride ions, and has good thermal stability. It is used in chloride devices of wet chlorine, hypochlorous acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and mixed acids. It is directly applied after welding.
◆Hastelloy C-22 is an alloy with high content of molybdenum, tungsten and chromium, which is widely used in chemical and petrochemical fields, and various chemical process engineering with oxidation and reduction properties.
◆Hastelloy C-276 has excellent pitting resistance, uniform corrosion resistance, intergranular corrosion resistance and good high-temperature mechanical properties. It is mainly used in nuclear industry, chemical, petroleum, and nonferrous metallurgy industries.
◆Hastelloy C-2000 is the most comprehensive corrosion-resistant alloy, which has excellent resistance to uniform corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
◆HastelloyG-3 has better corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and has better performance in phosphoric acid and other strong oxidizing mixed acid media.
◆HastelloyX has high corrosion resistance and is suitable for various machinery industries in acidic environments.
