High Temperature Alloy
◆Incoloy800H (Ns112/N08810), Incoloy800HT, Incoloy800 (Ns111/N08800) are three products belonging to the same nickel-iron-chromium alloy series, they have good corrosion resistance, creep resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, they are used in heat treatment Installation equipment, covering devices for resistance alloy tubular heating bodies, chemical and petroleum processing equipment.
◆Incoloy825 (Ns142/N08825) is a general engineering alloy. It has anti-acid and alkali metal corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. The high nickel content makes the alloy have effective stress corrosion resistance. It is widely used in various industrial fields where the operating temperature does not exceed 550 °C.
◆Incoloy901 is a precipitation hardening, creep heat resistant steel. The alloy has high yield strength and durable strength below 650°C, good oxidation resistance below 760°C, and is stable for long-term use. It is widely used in the manufacture of parts such as turntable parts of aviation and ground gas turbine engines that work below 650 °C.
◆Incoloy925 (N09925) is an alloy steel with good mechanical strength and extensive corrosion resistance. It is often used in the manufacture of parts on oil and gas drilling #equipment.
◆Incoloy926 is an austenitic stainless steel with similar chemical composition to alloy 904L, its nitrogen content is increased to about 0.2%, and its molybdenum content is 6.5%. Mainly used in marine engineering, acid gas environment, flue gas desulfurization system.
◆Incoloy20 is a kind of metal material that can work for a long time under high temperature below 600℃ and certain stress.
◆Incoloy330 has high strength, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good fatigue resistance, fracture toughness and other properties, and is suitable for nuclear power, chemical industry, and other mechanical fields.
