  • Shaped, Flat, Square, Round, Fine, Plated and Bare Wire ASTM A167, AMS 5523

Alloy 310S is an austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel that posses good oxidation resistance and strength at high temperatures in continuous service up to 2000ºF (provided reducing sulfur gasses are not present). It is also used for intermittent service at temperatures up to 1900°F because it resists rescaling and has a low coefficient of expansion. This factor reduces the tendency of the steel to warp in heat service. Alloy 310S is similar to alloy 310 except for lower carbon content to minimize carbide precipitation during welding.

  • ALLOY 625 MATERIAL DATA SHEETS

Alloy 625 is a nonmagnetic , corrosion – and oxidation-resistant, nickel-based alloy. Its outstanding strength and toughness in the temperature range cryogenic to 2000°F (1093°C) are derived primarily from the solid solution effects of the refractory metals, columbium and molybdenum, in a nickel-chromium matrix. The alloy has excellent fatigue strength and stress-corrosion cracking resistance to chloride ions. Some typical applications for alloy 625 have included heat shields, furnace hardware, gas turbine engine ducting, combustion liners and spray bars, chemical plant hardware, and special seawater applications.

  • HASTELLOY B2 UNS N10665 W.NR.2.4617

Hastelloy B2 is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, with significant resistance to reducing environments like hydrogen chloride gas, and sulfuric, acetic and phosphoric acids. Molybdenum is the primary alloying element which provides significant corrosion resistance to reducing environments. This nickel steel alloy can be used in the as-welded condition because it resists the formation of grain-boundary carbide precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone.

This nickel alloy provides excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. In additions, Hastelloy B2 has excellent resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking and to knife-line and heat-affected zone attack. Alloy B2 provides resistance to pure sulfuric acid and a number of non-oxidizing acids.

  • Hastelloy C-276 MATERIAL DATA SHEETS

HASTELLOY C276, UNS N10276 is considered the most versatile corrosion resistant nickel alloy available. Alloy C-276 also has excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, especially suitable for use in high temperature, inorganic and organic acids mixed with impurities (such as formic acid and acetic acid), and seawater corrosive environments.

  • Monel 400 Uns N04400 W.Nr. 2.4360 And 2.4361

MONEL nickel-copper alloy 400 (UNS N04400) is a solid-solution alloy that can be hardened only by cold working. It has high strength and toughness over a wide temperature range and excellent resistance to many corrosive environments. Alloy 400 is widely used in many fields, especially marine and chemical processing. Typical applications are valves and pumps; pump and propeller shafts; marine fixtures and fasteners; electrical and electronic components; springs; chemical processing equipment; gasoline and fresh water tanks; crude petroleum stills, process vessels and piping; boiler feed water heaters and other heat exchangers; and deaerating heaters.Chemical Compositions
